Refinancing no closing costs

the mortgage company is eating it because I asked that EXACT question. You don't give away closing for free so what's the catch, mortgage companies are eating it to increase money they have on the books. Close on the 11th will tell you if they do a bait and switch but just looked at the Closing Disclosure and all I am bringing is $3K for escrow which is really taking money out of one pocket and putting it in the other. Yes no points no nothing.
